There is no real reason for asking this other than curiosity, but has there ever been a regulated Co2 powered gun ?

If so; who, what and when ? and if not, why not ?

Thank you.

OK, I'll have a go.
CO2 is quite low pressure compaired to HPA (about 850psi) when stored as a liquid in cartridges so in order to regulate it, the pressure would have to be quite a lot lower than that. This would mean that along with more consistency there would be much reduced performance. I would also imagine that the very low temperatures when in use might play a bit of havoc with the reg.

Hello nikvanorton,
Of course, why didnt I think of that ? (because I'm not clever enough to think it through !).
Thanks for the clear explanation.
