Evening all

I always try to support independent business, so I know a couple of UK knife makers who make quality stuff with their own websites and readily available products but I'm looking for more to add to the list, I was thinking it would be good if people know of makers and products and put little mini reviews in here, so we all know where to go for some good stuff

I know there's some talented cutlers among forum members so they should feel free to throw their stuff in here too :)

A few I always find myself snooping around are Michael May Knives, York Knife and Tods Workshop (lots of cool medieval stuff but also a range of modern bushcraft and camp knives)

Who else do we like? UK based and produced only!
 
Arthur Wright, traditional EDC’s along with others. Sheffield made since 1947. I’ve a couple of their knives and the quality is excellent

Guy Stainthorp

I've known Guy for many years and use one of his knives on my bushcraft rotation. Heat treatment and workmanship is excellent, some very different styles too.

The fact that he has won the Knives UK "Best in Show" award 3 times says it all.

The Huldra looks like I may need one in my life at some point

Purchased a Raratoskr Puuko from them last week to add to the wood carving kit 🤘🏻

Lovely little knife that

I'm not sure im fully sold on the sheaths at York Knife, I know kydex is practical but I do like a simple leather sheath, no dangler etc
 
+1 for white tiger, ilknives, Stainthorp, shing,
From what I have seen and touched I would like to recommend Tom bullock folders, kwb kitchen, Ian Bailey and Wessley Liversage for a quality and I can vouch for a Guy Stainthorp HT. A lot of big names disappointed me.
