Thats cool, taste so fresh and great toast a few days after. Just nice to add what you want into it, normally use honey for the sugar so try and stay with natural.

He is a cinnamon and raisin loaf from the bread maker

I do make bread every now and then, but they don't look anywhere near as appetising as the others in this post!

its all in the eating, sometimes forget looks when bread making, all in the taste as long as you have a good raise.

You can't beat home made bread 👍🏻

There's some fine examples in this thread.

fresh morning loaf, hot toast butter, honey/jam take your pick!! all good.

I'm still hunting around for some 'german' black bread. Volkornbrot. Cant find any anywhere

I’ve tried making bread during lockdown.
We’d have no bread so I would make some, then the smell of warm bread so nice that we would eat half of it. The other half looked nice an hour later so we’d consider finishing it off. So come breakfast time the following morning, we still had no bread. It’s an addiction.. don’t do it.

Home made bagels - you'll never buy them from the shop again once you find out what they're supposed to be like.
Basically a white bread recipe, but boiled in water for a couple of minutes prior to baking to develop the crust and leave the inside slightly chewy.

Have you tried making tomato bread using passata as the liquid content. Nice.

Looks great stuff 👍🏻 Out of interest am I the only one that finds if it’s been made in a bread maker it’s often got a strange almost metallic smell and after taste? I’ve tried it with several different machines always tastes the same to me? 🤷🏼‍♂️
