Best moderator/silencer

A&M Titch on HW100kt FSB and also on AirMaks Sub Compact. This is to keep the rifles as short as possible. The HW100 FSB is pretty quiet as is but the Titch adds a bit more stealth. The shroud on the AirMaks doesn't do much to quieten the bark but the Titch does a pretty good job for its size. It's probably the best I've used for the short length. There are more effective mods in the A&M range but they are fairly bulky. As others have commented, the standard HW is one of the best off the shelf mods.

for me, looks don't even get in the door.
If you need silence get an A&M silencer, see youtube

I had standard weihrauch on mine which it came with. Decibel meter said the XL made a very slight improvement and I prefere how it looks too.

Some have not found that this is the case with their gun and I know some guys on the form have made mods which are equally as good.

To add to my earlier reply about keeping rifle length as short as possible when using mods. I fitted a Huub/Huma shroud to a .177 BSA Scorpion and it works as well or better than any of the mods that I tried and only adds about 3" to the length of the rifle.

Do you use any of the A&M carbon mods? Wondering if they are less or more effective than the standard ones. Like the idea of them being lighter in weight. I'm not too fussed about the looks, it's about handling and portability.
