NORFOLK BROADS BELL TARGET CLUB

The club is looking for a few new members each week who enjoy bell target shooting.

We meet up on Tuesday nights at Ludham Village Hall ... NR29 5PB

Rifles have to be under 7 1/2 ft/lbs to be able to use them,

You can use pistols as well.... theres a mix of PCP, Vintage BSA, Springers and SSP rifles used at the minute.

We get 8 shots per round and its pretty fast moving so you get plenty of rounds in each night.

We can operate 5 lanes when its busier.

If interested...... give the number a call on the advert for even more info.

Thanks for reading.

Is it diopter sights only for this discipline?
My eye sight isn't good with these or open sights

Being able to see the sights is over-rated - I'm the odd one out with the light pattern and I can hardly see the sights... they are literally a mess - but I can still hold my own with the recoiled rifles if I do my bit.

Looks great, been looking for premises in Swansea but no luck, soon as you mention shooting here it seems to be frowned on.
Its taking off well in Lincolnshire, not sure if its possible to get in touch with spot governing bodies & ask if there's any bell target going on

Is it worth having an action plan printed out of how you will go about your business if you got a room to use

Say this was started over 100 years ago
Its also a scaled down version of what we have been watching in the Olympics recently.
Say you will be using Ballistic back sheets (if you are)
Photos of the Targets
Say who you may have lined up for the club insurance.
Copy of club rules and membership applications... (can always be amended)

You get the drift of what I saying.

The better prepared you are the more chance you will have..

Oh, make sure you speak to the right people who make the decisions on the venue..... not a friend of (Organ Grinder not the Monkey)

Good luck....

Hope your demo went ok copper.
I normally shoot f/b and s/b target but if the Lincolnshire bell target group are in northern Lincs I always turn up when possible.
Great fun and very safe, friendly sport and it does give pubs a bit of revenue on quiet weekdays by renting a room out plus a few drinks for those who attend.

If I turn up on Dec 15th, will there be anyone there?
I have a Haenel 311 that's awsomely accurate on my back garden 6yd range, which I'd like to try out properly.
