Attach a video

Is there a way of attaching a video file without it being a youtube video, ie, something just off shot your phone

I think you may have to upload the video to a hosting site and then use the link they issue as the file maybe too big direct from your phone.

I know if i do a video on the phone and its to big to email, if I send it via Whats App to ourselves it makes the file smaller which then makes it ok to use on an email.

It sounds like I might have to get someone younger to look into it for me if its more than this.
