Ares 686 Revolver

Taken delivery today of the new Ares 686 revolver from JD Airsoft. These come in 3.5 and 2 inch variants at the moment and I've opted for the 3.5" here. A fantastic piece of kit with proper wood grips and hard case included. The whole thing is solidly built and feels superb in the hand. The shells are front loaders but are the best airgun based shells I've come across so far and a moon clip is included.

Not had much shooting time yet but the trigger pull feels really nice. Will report back once I have put some rounds through it.

I believe they are on the way, and from the looks of the hard case they have provided the correct space for one so fingers crossed

First venture into the world of AS - mine arrived this morning - pretty impressive service - ordered at 1.00 pm on Tuesday and arrived at 10.00 the following morning 210 miles away all with a free packet of sweeties.

I added an extra pack of cartridges which although not cheap are definitely top notch quality as is everything else about this little marvel. I can't wait until Saturday to try it out.
