New to the area and looking for quality gun shops in the area, say 25 mile radius, looking for guns and accessories scopes etc not box shifters and bad service,
Any info would be welcome and your experience appreciated.

I've had good service from Solware in Tamworth, both for shotguns and air rifles,I think it would be within 25 miles!

There are quire a few to choose from:
DAI leisure in Brierley Hill
Brierley Guns, also in Brierley Hill
Sandwell Field Sports in West Bromwich
Shooting Supplies in Bromsgrove
City Air Weapons in Birmingham

I have purchased most of my guns from Brierley Guns

dai. you wont go far wrong paying them a visit plus their customer service is second to none.
Except when you ask for a refund on a £1500 rifle that's broken after 2 days and they refuse to give you one despite consumer law. 👎🏼

Interesting story Joey and not exactly truthful, plus you had a new replacement.

Come on bud....I got a new replacement 4 weeks later. It still doesn't change the fact I asked for a refund and I was refused one. Unfortunately it's as simple as that Marc.

Doesn't matter which way we try and spin it. Did I ask for a refund? Yes. Was I legally entitled to a refund? Yes. Did the store manager refuse to authorise one? Yes. Had we not had a mutual friend working there I would have made a bigger fuss.

It wasn't your fault personally, and you were polite and as helpful as 'you' could be, I appreciate that.
