Visited Crawley Surplus again today - I had been discussing a Form grip for my Ghost - they didn't have one but were happy to get one in for me. This was sorted within days and they let me know it had arrived late last week. So I popped in asked about it and they brought it out for me. Then he said "ooh, that's expensive, very nice, but expensive, I can do a better price than that" and proceeded to give me a price that left me very happy...
