A plus for pellpax

Well, some folk knock pellpax, last week , for the first time I ordered pellets from pellpax, when the order arrived, half the order was the wrong caliber, was I annoyed, yes but anyone can make mistakes and after a quick phone call, Matt said dpd would pick up the incorrect pellets the following day, and my order would be re- done.
Now I was always told to judge a company on how they deal with a mistake.

Pellpax stuck to their word , when my pellets arrived, the note below was in the box.

I think what customers value is consistency of service delivery and honesty. If its hit and miss as with a company I once dealt with thats where the issues start.

I've been buying stuff for years from @Pellpax long before the company changed owners, and I can honestly say that I've never had a single issue, ever
