A few weeks ago I picked up a car boot mint and boxed Vector Optics scol-14, 6 - 24 x 50E - SF IR for £40.
It's a much easier on the eye scope than the cheaper Amazon specials I've been running.
Unlike those cheaper scopes 12 mag seems a true 12 mag, so I've had to dial back to use 6 mag with the Vector.
Matched with my recent Snowpeak AP1000 .177 purchase I've found whether rested, on a tripod with saddle clamp or standing offhand it performs well.
It's not quite as nimble as when running my Sytong HT60 on it, but for day use I'll be sticking with the Vector and maybe run my red lamp for nights.
This mornings activity was under GL40 and GL42.
