Hello everyone, I'm new to the group and would just like to know how people go about selling air rifles nowadays, it doesn't seem so easy to be able to do as it was years ago🤷‍♂️. I understand that I can access the sales pages here after 50 useful posts, but to be honest I'm just having a clear out of lots of my belongings, (not just the air guns) as I'm massively downsizing where I live. If it makes any difference, one is a BSA Ultra .22 and the other is a SMK XS20.

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum probably best bet is get your post up to over 50 and sell on here is the best place but it slow at the moment for selling

I've sold 4 or 5 airguns and bought 1 on Guntrader in the last couple of years, just put plenty of clear pics on and an accurate description. You'll still get some Muppets making stupid offers but, bat them off and wait for a genuine buyer - there's definitely some on there.

Guntrader and Gunstar I've sold a couple on them, but you can't go wrong on here and more trustworthy.

For me it's the ball-ache of wrapping safely & securely, then going to the post office for a postage cost. I need to sell some, still new and boxed. Barra 1866 (Cowboy rifle style) pneumatics x2 .177, Milbro Guardian .22. Plus found some older IR torches, Yukon, ATN, and two fixed mag' scopes. Could say vintage as they're around 30 years old. Nikko Mount master, another unbranded. Made from shiny metal, almost crying to be paired with an old springer!

Are there any friendly local clubs near you? As it might be worth approaching them and seeing if a local club have a for sale board you could use.
