I dont suppose you are intednng on producing a portable compressor at some point in the future are you?

I love my EVO compressor and would not be without it, I would recommend them to anyone (and regulary do). But I have to use some cheap Tuxing style compressor which runs off my car battery when I'm out in a field etc.. the quality of these cheap chinese style portable compressors just isn't there, they're not like your quality products.

It would be a game changer for me if Hill made a portable compressor :). I would be interested in buying one & I think others on here would also be interested.

Thanks for your question and support of our products, it really is appreciated.
This is something we know that there is a huge demand for and our design & engineering team have been looking into it for a little while, but we don't have anything to announce at the moment.

I know there not made by you, and as far as I know Anschutz don't make Optics either. So they would be Branded Anschutz just like to know whose making them for Anschutz.
 
My understanding is they are made in Asia, in the same factory that make some very well known scope brands widely used by airgunners.

Dom the MD of Hill Pumps is a very keen shot over many disciplines & Hill's (and Anschutz) represent the top end of the quality scale with their products. I don't think either company would sully their good names with poor quality products.

I think it's a smart move aiming at this very popular sector of shooting optics that these products best suit. You will see many target rifles carrying the Anschutz name are fitted with top quality scopes (Zeiss, March, Sightron, Bushnell Elite, etc) which are made in Europe or Japan. To tool up for this quality level & to compete with the highest end of the optics market would be expensive & a hard to compete in.

Drop a level down & compete with the Hawke & Optisan's of this world whilst associated with two marque brands of Hill & Anschutz is a much better way to enter the optics arena IMO.

I know I have my eyes on a couple of models, I hope they do well :)

I've ordered the 2-7 x 32 AO for review. With a minimum focus distance of 4.6M, this has the makings of a decent ratting or barn work scope if the glass is good :)
 
Are you reviewing for Hill's or is it your own purchase.
