@Tinbum

When I left college I worked for a fella who ran his own business, he taught me a lot. He would say “Everyone else wants satisfied customers, I want delighted customers!”.
I have tried to keep that in the forefront of my mind my whole working life.🙂

You had a kit that pre-dated my accident; different spec and materials. It is easier all around to just update it, and a handy upgrade for you

I did notice the difference and much appreciated all the same 👍

Fitted the pro kit to my new hw97kt, removed useless anti-bear trap and have yet to chrono it when back down the range but already noticed the twang difference!

Can I ask why you consider the anti-bear trap useless?

HW underlever ABTs don't do anything to block the sliding comp tube itself from moving (like true ratcheting ABTs), it just stops the trigger sears actuating. Like most, it's an ABT in the marketing sense, not in reality.

It doesn't protect against mechanical failure, just goes some way towards preventing stray fingers pulling the trigger. Makes de-cocking nigh on impossible too, unlike AAs etc that you can contort yourself to de-cock with a bit of practice.

Just a post to say a massive thanks to @Tinbum and the above and beyond service he has provided not only replacing the plastics for my tx but pretty much the whole kit !
I’m about to start installing the new parts now 😃
Thanks again @Tinbum 👍✊🖖

I'm delighted for you that you have been made whole again. (y)

I myself am still waiting for the new TX I promised myself he had agreed to send me in recompense for when his kit did rend my gun asunder unto 14 pieces.

That's a joke, for all those who didn't see the OPs original thread. :ROFLMAO:
It did no such thing,
It made it sing,
Like it has no spring.
At all.

Jesus, I deserve TXs being sent to me by the score from you lot for poetry like that. I'm like the Goddamn love child of Cyril Fletcher and Pam Ayres.

Tx is now up and running , power averaging 11.5ish I’ll give it a thorough test at the range tomorrow 🤞

He’s a great little guy, everybody should have one! Always willing to go above and beyond and great quality products.

Bought HW97KT a couple of months ago. Fired from bench rest the muzzle jumped up and to the left when fired. Fitted TBT pro kit. Magic!!! No more jumping, much smoother and less “boing”. Money well spent. I bought the kit on recommendation from a colleague and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Was doing 11.2ft/lb before fitting kit - now doing 10.2. I could bring the energy back up with the shims provided but no point as it’s very accurate at 50m on the range.
