I want to thank Dan and Jacob at Crawley Surplus Store - they really looked after me yesterday: Full thread: https://airgunforums.co.uk/threads/...-customer-care-and-hng-ground-hog-day.193943/ about the Air Arms Pro Sport, scope and bits that I bought.
Bottom line: I could not get my Pro Sport to shoot straight as I was running out of windage. A chat with Dan said it was probably the scope, bring everything in and we will check it over and sort it out. Jacob was on the case and took me through the diagnosis and test firing - it turned out that the barrel was not aligned with the receiver.
Outcome: I came away with a new Pro Sport which Jacob had checked over and test fired. No fuss just polite, professional, customer service. My thanks to them for all their help.
