Afore FX start in on .20, it seems that learning, at least the caulking of ship's planks properly, & theory, to prevent leaks, may be a better , forward looking aspiration, rather than caliber offerings ?The good news is there will be two new rifles available in .20 calibre this year.
The bad news is they are both made by FX.
Fast forward to 14 mins:
Hopefully other manufacturers will follow suit?
Yes as I have one in .20 as do I a mk2 rapid in .20 both are good guns can’t fault themHas anyone used an HW100 in .20 I am thinking of a special order for the 100X (fac) which could take a few months and more £££s so real experience opinions would be appreciated

Can't say anything about a fac hw100 in .20. but I've been using .20 for the last thirty years and fac .20 for around 25years. Currently have a logun mk1 and rapid mk2 in the .20 cal. And they are excellent. The heavier jsb makes a difference for hitting power.Has anyone used an HW100 in .20 I am thinking of a special order for the 100X (fac) which could take a few months and more £££s so real experience opinions would be appreciated

Actually, probably not...at a point, going lighter, for the same bore diameter will garner the loss of form / ballistic coefficient positives... i.e, look at JSB 14.3* in .22 vs. the 13.4* grain pellet. 11.5 is, at the low end, probably the best combo.Got a .20 HW100kt FSB sub12, had it for about 10 years and it's been a great rifle. Was getting about 60 shots with the original factory set-up but sent it in to HW100 Tuning for the full upgrade and their lighter higher capacity titanium cylinder. This has made a great rifle even better and now getting just over 100 very consistent shots. I'd like to see one of the quality pellet makers produce 10gn and 10.5gn ammo for sub 12 use. I reckon this would really work to the strengths of the 20 cal.
