Thanks to the awesome customer service of @Jimmypie from @CrawleySurplusStore that other shops can only aspire to; I have spoken to Steyr UK.
Steyr UK were as super helpful as their reputation suggests and on its way to being sorted.
For all those struggling, their Internet and phones have been down for some time, their mobiles are playing up and all in all they are having a bit of a time of it. So bear with!

Good to hear Matt, Helen and Simon are usually spot on, indeed its actually hard to get off the phone once you catch Simon !

Ill call them again with a whole list of questions but they sounded harassed today. Phones ringing, doorbell ringing, dogs barking.. all on a Monday morning
