Daily Hello Thread

Once again, out in the rain... none of my rifles are cabinet queens or shy of getting a little wet.

If I put the S500 down too close to the moss... I just might not find it again 😂

Fed the birds earlier and put down half a loaf of brown bread. Interesting to hear Mr Roly talk about his apprentice wood work experience making boats- while not quite related, remember reading the Kontiki and Ra voyages decades ago with Heyerdahl building his Balsa Log and Reed boats to undertake his scientific voyages. A neighbour also decades back, gave me a copy of adventurer Tim Severin's book , the Brendan Voyage, where he made a boat sheathed in cured leather to prove that boats of this nature were easily capable of long distance travel. Interesting books. :) Will read the daily action later.

Happy Friday everyone. Sun was shining when I went out to feed round this morning and it was so warm I had to take my coat off 😊. Normal service has been resumed and it's dull grey again.
Hopefully it will stay dry.
