Which titan 10 spring Hw99

I have a 10 in mine - uncut. Giving 10fpe in .177 with a slightly tight piston seal. Shot cycle is nice.

I have a Titan plus10 with a Vortec seal in my 57 ,basically an underlever 99 ,gives me 11 ft lbs.

57 has a longer stroke than a 99 so produces power a little easier.

I have a #10 uncut in my 4.5mm with a red Aussy seal giving just over 11fpe with a nice firing cycle..

I've got a standard uncut Number 10 in mine, together with a bespoke guide and top hat, it makes slightly less at about 9.6, possibly as it still has the original piston seal BUT it is super consistent. Chrono'd it a month or two back and it was so consistent we were questioning the chronograph.

The original Titan 10, wire size 2.96 mm worked well in a HW99, allowing cocking with little finger and shooting low to mid 10 ft-lbs in 177 calibre with a smooth shot cycle.
When the Titan 10 plus was introduced many were disappointed that the wire size had reduced to 2.89 mm creating a softer spring.
New Titan 10 produced at that time are rumoured to use the reduced wire.
For some time the 10 plus was unavailable as stocks ran out.
A new batch has now arrived, reputed to have the same wire as original Titan 10.
Safest action is to order a 10 plus, cut to a size 10 if wire is 2.96 or use with extra coils if not.

Titan 10+ in my hw50s .177
Chopped it multiple times to get 10+fpe.it was well into 11+fpe prior

Just to throw a curve ball...
While there's nothing wrong with factory 99 spring on custom guides, a Gamo 880 replacement mainspring is a good match for a .177 HW 99, though will require a bit of shortening ( to ~ 245 mm) & will run on a reduced factory HW guide.
On all but factory stuff, you'll need custom guides anyway.

Has anyone any information regarding the titan 10 or 10+ for a 99 .22
