Daily Hello Thread

Good Morning.

Got a Rics 3 survey being carried out on the house today. Fingers crossed it all goes well, it is an old house though, well part of it is, so who knows what they might find.

Girding my loins in anticipation of what else we might have to drop the price for. I'm just going to keg my homebrew and let them get on with it, they said it could take half a day.

Have a great day everyone.

Put some bread out earlier for the birds.. made some undertrays for two of the hanging feeders but not sure if the chirpies are getting on with them.. our westie came out and had to wash his feet. Is bright out though, not raining... will check out "the action" later...

May as well post one of my night shoot pics from last month or so. Some new playing cards might arrive today, the ones I use as targets are Frangible, plastic ones. Might try and read up about finishing air rifle springs a bit better as my one I cut down may not have finished it 100% to the standard that many might do.. its great stuff doing an evening/night garden plink..

Just posted a couple of Nancy Sinatra songs on the Friday Night bar page.. never had any of her songs on CD but who doesnt know some of her hits...

Good morning from me in West Wales. I would like to say thank you to all of you for the likes and love on my work on the Airsporter Mk1.
The photo for today is not one of my best but was the best I could manage. It is a pair of Garganey or Summer Teal to some They a quit rear in the UK. These turned up on or pond a few years ago only for a short time and were quite a long way away. My bird book which is quite old says there are only 50 pair in the UK each year.

Good morning everyone, it's bright and sunny with a clear blue sky here but the outdoor thermometer is telling me it's only 1C. Several blackbirds are busy at the feeder, no longer bothered by the rat that had lately appeared! Last night I had my first visit to Tees Valley Target Sports Club as a probationer member and was really impressed with the excellent facilities, the welcome from officials and members and the help and guidance in getting set-up. The S400 proved itself and is a joy to shoot. I have to attend 9 more supervised sessions before full membership is attained and I find this reassuring that safety and good practice is a basic requirement and I'm looking forward to being able to develop my shooting skills.
