I’ve heard lots of good and badish things about FX rifles. Many say you have to tinker with them to get them working correctly.
But what would you say is the best model straight out of the box (sub12) for people that don’t want/know how to tinker around with.
Just reliable and accurate

Hello, I think some of the older FX Air Rifles have a better reliability than some new models, Depends what your looking to use a PCP for , Targets or Vermin control
Probably targets

Dreamline Lite Compact. You can carry it all day and I can leave mine for weeks on end and it will hit what your aiming at from the first shot without any adjustments.

My Leopard compact seems pretty good 😊

I own two FX’s, an Impact MK2 and a Maverick, relative to the number of shots put through them, they have been very reliable guns, but in both cases, they have been fully stripped and rebuilt from the ground up to get them to that stage. They both date to the previous importer, so things should have changed for the better, but I would buy with the expectation of clocking the barrel and adjusting the tension on the mag spring at the absolute minimum, no matter what you buy.

i have a dreamline tac compact from new ,never messed with it ,perfect ,a used wildcat compact ,thats perfect as well ,and a used impact mk2 compact ,very very slow leak ,not enough to worry about ,outher than that its spot on , ,
