A big thank you to Nick @Tinbum for sending me a replacement top hat for my HW30 kit.

I recently purchased an open-box kit for my HW30, from a fellow AGF member, which contained an incorrectly sized top hat. I messaged Nick to ask if I could purchase a replacement, and long story short, he sent me the correct item FOC, and no postage costs either.

To be clear, I purchased the kit as a used item, from a third party, and Nick had absolutely no responsibility to replace it without cost to me, but he did.

So, once again, a very big thank you to Nick! Much appreciated :)

Seems a top bloke 👍

Thankyou all. Not to put too fine a point on it, the business plan has been the same since day one:

1: Make it as easy as possible for people to give me money
2: Give the customer the best aftersales service possible with free replacements (of plastic parts) for anyone for any reason.

We have had people hit stuff with hammers in a temper-tantrums, puppies chew unattended top hats up, countless bits rolled under workbenches, and even had one chap’s wife “tidy it up”, never to be seen again!😁

TbT was created as a result of the AGF, you guys will always get the best I can do

Hey buddy, no problem at all. All sorted now. To be honest, I thought I was going mad. It was clearly too big, but I checked two or thirteen times to be sure :ROFLMAO:

That is true service - which is rarely seen today.

Does Nick @Tinbum operate from here, or should I use the website?
Just stripped my father in laws 80k and the spring guide and top hat are in four pieces.

Cheers

Bob
