What are you shooting theses with mate and how do you get on with them? I was going to say how do you find em but I thought you might say “I move a cleaning cloth and they they are”
 
I found them to have the cheapest prices in the country if you buy in bulk ie baracuda ft's £8.82 a tin Inc p+p but you have to buy 45 tins I am lucky all my guns love them if you haven't tried them give them ago they may surprise you
 
I was there yesterday wanting a Diana AM03 gas ram gun. Given they had a bad rep for leaking rams and these were very old stock (3 years plus) I asked if they'd chrono it before purchase. They said they had no facility to do so. On saying they had no room for a range I pointed out a chrono backstop pellet catcher would take almost zero room. I chose not to buy the gun without a chrono test and left. As shopkeepers I can recommend them. I have been very happy with service and fast delivery. I am underwhelmed that a gun retailer would not have a chrono. My thoughts turn to potential legal reasons for not having one and I can understand such a choice given that. Do other gun shops have a chrono? Will other gun shops chrono before purchase? Answers to those questions would be interesting.
 
I've purchased a couple of guns from there in the past and had a pleasant experience both times. As has been said, a proper Aladdin cave. (y)
 
Surely it's the manufacturer that sets the power so should be right when sold new but we all know the power level can alter with use and the owness is on the owner to stay within the law that's the reason I own a chorno I have had a new gun from redbeck were the power was down at 8.5 and they claim they check every gun so the moral is it's far better to check yourself

Sorry they should check,a gun shop without a Chrono is unbelievable
Pellets seem cheap though
 
Redbeck do have a chorno and a range and claim to check every gun just saying its the user that could face prosecution if it's found to be over power ignorance is not a defence

A gun shop without a Chrono is a nonsense.so what you are saying they could’ve selling a section 1 firearm and say “over to you mate,nowt to do with us from now on”don’t think so.you are right ignorance is no excuse 😉
 
The point I am to get over is when you buy a sub 12 from a rfd alot of them be leave that's what they are selling you and for piece of mind it's better to check your self and stay within law and secondly owning your own chorno can give pointers if you suspect there's something wrong if you ever get checked it's not a defence to say we'll it was okay when I bought it last month
