I acquired a MK4 earlier in the year; it was my first ‘electronic rig’ and I was keen to experience what others had been talking about.

I had in fact seen a nice example being handed in at a RFD several years ago and was taken by the looks and functionality, so made a mental note for the future.

When the opportunity presented itself, I quickly jumped at this very nice and little used example in .20 caliber.

I’ve been very impressed with the overall use of the rifle and surprised how well I get on with the electric tigger etc.

It is far from pellet fussy and stacks H&N FTT (11.42gr) & JSB Exact (13.73gr) at my usual distances.

It is running at this energy level, which is perfect for air efficiency and report - (it’s actually impressively quiet).

I enjoy shooting with it and have also given it a run at a small permission, where it performed effortlessly.

The Gary Cane stock is particularly nice and well figured.

Very nice indeed. Enjoy 👍🏽

Very nice enjoy your new rifle. I'm a fan of the electronic daystates as you can tell by my signature 😉.

Lovely rifles, loved my one 😍.
Prefer the sporter stock like yours, compared to the thumbhole version.
Excuse my ignoramous moment, but aren't Daystate stocks made by Minnelli?

Loved mine also very accurate fitted a heliboard and made it a new stock but like most other it got sold cos I get bored.

I understand the stock is a Gary Cane design, which was machined and finished by Minelli in Italy.

The Mark 4is is quite possibly the best looking PCP around, and your stock is particularly nice. The sporter is so much better than the thumbhole one.

My .177 Mark 4is will be dug up in a few thousand years besides my ancient bones intermixed with the skeletons of rabbits and magpies in a final offering to the airgun gods.... An extreme way of saying it's a keeper. No idea why the rifle isn't more celebrated in airgun circles.
