Hi all , I’ve been trying h&n 21gr slugs through my fac Daystate Huntsman and they’re shooting awsome, photo is I five shot group at 79 yrds .. also is anyone using them as their go to hunting ammo, be great to hear other people’s experiences with them.. cheers🤙🏼

What speed are you running them at , I had them running at 940fps out of my huntsman but found they didn’t like running that fast , turned them down to 840fps and they’re a lot happier

I got one last week , makes that first cut loads easier if you use the tail method .. highly recommend it👍🏻

I shoot 6.5 creedmoor mostly, also have a 243 I don’t really use any more, I know the recoils different I just finds it relates best compared to the recoil less security of pcp sub 12 and fac , I also like pushing my 22lr out to distance but again no real recoil, when I first got the springer...

I usually have this rifle set up short with a light scope on it , but have added heavier scope and sak mod to weigh it down abit as I’m convinced it’s the best trainer for centre fire shooting.. all the same fundamentals of marksmanship apply and it cheap and easy to get loads of reps in with it...

Can’t beat it for cost, I swap mine between rifles regularly with different profile set up for each one and it’s always consistent 👍🏻

Mine runs them at 656fps , that’s 10.3 ft lb muzzle energy.. it would be interesting to see how they’d fly at fac speeds through the tx .., all just a bit of fun at the end of the day 👍🏻

I’ve posted about this before but it’s still surprising me.. this is a five shot group 40 yrds with mako slugs with a factory spec tx200 in a light as possible trap checking set up… , makes me want another TX to tune the hell out of and make it heavier and make a long range springer .. you gotta...

hi folks, i have a fac huntsman regal .22 ,, its an awesome tool , does the reg really need to be set at 160 bar? just wondering if i could turn it down and get higher shot count as im happy running 18gr pellets at 840fps ... any experience / advice gratefully received .. cheers

FAC Daystate Huntsman .22 with the Arken Zulus make a very useful pest control tool🤙🏼 pigeons controlled in line with GL42 …

I find my tx200 shoots really well out of the trigger sticks, I think the v shaped cradle allows for a repeatable recoil.. I ve considered making a short set to use from prone for hunting / target situations

Thanks, it turns out that the 0 moa mount that came with my scope works just fine on all my rifles , sending the 35moa back 👍🏻
