When I've had a bout, I've been prescribed Indometacin along with the Colchicine. Reduces the pain and the swelling pretty quickly and never had any problems regarding "turbo sh#ts".
I have a few of the apps for different scopes and think the DNT and the Arken app probably comes out on top, closely followed by the ATN app, then Hikmicro, Pard is very basic in my opinion.
