• the Daily hi thread just say hi :)
  • All contentious threads including politics, religion, crime, immigration, laws, elections etc are banned & will be removed. There is still a Gun Related Politics section for relevant topics.

For those living in Scotland.

Scotland use to be, how do I say it?, free society?, now since SNP got into power it has become a Very Controlling party that seems to take a delight in telling people how to live, what they can and can't do, ban this, legislate that, glad I live in England, no doubt when Labour get in, they will implement similar restrictions to shooting sports? .
Making hunting inhumane with an air rifle of limited power .

What's ironic, the wee kranky lady is still being investigated for fraud, hypocrites the lot of them, typical lefties I suppose?, shout the loudest, run the fastest.

I’ve lots of people have reported his white, white, white speech as hate 😂
It won't be investigated and most people knew it would not be .

There is parliamentary privilege

Scotland does not have it like in England .

Members of the Scottish Parliament do not have parliamentary privilege, however the Scotland Act 1998 incorporates a number of legal protections for parliamentary debate and reporting, including absolute privilege for the purpose of the law of defamation, limits to the remedies which can be ordered by courts against the Parliament in civil cases, and qualified protection from strict liability contempt under the Contempt of Court Act 1981.

Not entirely sure where it ends for example if he says it outside of certain areas.

As this is social media; to all the thought controlling members of the Scottish Parliament( you know who you are) that voted for this legislation, you can feck right off, you're poor excuses for human beings, lower than pond scum & your fathers smell of Elderberries ! Come & get me.😊

I might go and stand on the border and shout hurty words into Scotland then run away 🤣

The most stupid thing so far is the police have to waste their time on this.
All well and good the police deciding not to pursue JK but someone had to investigate it, forward it to a superior who rubber stamped it then the CPS Scottish equivalent had to approve it.
This is only day 2

Silly question because I can’t be arsed to read the legislation
Does the rule only apply to people living in Scotland saying/posting nasty things?
What if a Greek says/ posts something nasty about a Scot?
What if a Scot in Greece posts or says nasty about someone in Scotland?

Some Italian bloke called Adrian.
Typical, couldn't even give the work to a British bricklayer 🤣
They must have been canny builders some of it still standing---You will not get that these days using agency workers and cheap cement
