I'm going on the Saturday, been a few times and its a good day out - much better than the Northern or whatever its called now.
 
I've just scanned the relevant page in the new 'Gun Mart' magazine to post on a couple of US-based fora - just to show them that shooting is alive and kicking here in UK. They sure do still get some odd ideas that there are no guns here in dear old Blighty, in spite of me telling 'em otherwise.
 
Hoping to get there on the Friday, got very lucky with the promotions last year so fingers crossed it'll be good again.

Thanks for heads up, never been to this one but think myself and son will have a trip down on the Saturday 👍

I won't be paying their prices either!

I can see the allure to see what is new and possibly get a bargain that offsets ticket entry costs.

Having done trade shows but not retail shows it was all very tiring to be bombarded with the same questions but no orders. There was always that one guy who just had to go on and on endlessly.

I hope it goes well for you all that are on stands.

Hi. Is there any AGF Merchandise available to recognise fellow members or will an introduction require some sort of secret handshake 😜

I'm just there for the day out. £50 to £60 for a day of mooching around my hobby (tickets, fuel, bit of shooting, and some grub, plus spot the AGF member 😆) sounds alright to me.
If I buy anything then that's a bonus (especially if there's some discount).

Costs more to take the family to the cinema these days 🙄
